At Infinite Classic (operated by APEX CRAFT GLOBAL LIMITED), we stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the specialized nature and significant size of our items, our return and refund process is governed by the following terms.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging).
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: * Customized/Made-to-Order Products: Any items that have been customized to your specifications (e.g., specific dimensions, custom colors, or bespoke industrial designs) are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; items purchased on sale or during clearance are final sale.
3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (IMPORTANT)
Please inspect your order upon reception.
- Defects or Damages: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at [[email protected]] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence Required: We require clear photos and videos of the damaged product and its original packaging to process a claim with the carrier or our factory.
- Resolution: If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will provide a replacement part, a repair solution, or a full/partial refund at our discretion.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customer Responsibility: For returns based on “change of mind” or reasons other than a confirmed manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. * Oversized Logistics: Given the size of our products (e.g., furniture or equipment), return shipping costs can be very high. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. RESTOCKING FEES
For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of inspection, original outbound shipping, and administrative processing.
6. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address.
- Do not ship items back to the origin address without prior authorization; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund (minus any restocking fees or original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
