At Infinite Classic (operated by APEX CRAFT GLOBAL LIMITED), we are committed to delivering our high-quality products to customers worldwide. Because many of our items are oversized or specialized, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 3-7 business days.
  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: For specialized furniture or technical equipment, production and processing times may range from 15-30 business days. You will receive a specific timeline via email upon order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided via a custom quote for oversized cargo.

  • Small Items: Typically shipped via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Delivery time: 5-10 business days.
  • Oversized/Heavy Goods: For furniture and large machinery, we utilize professional sea freight or specialized ground logistics.
  • Sea Freight (Port-to-Port/Door-to-Door): Delivery time: 25-45 business days, depending on the destination port and customs clearance.
  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs hold-ups.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours of dispatch.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

APEX CRAFT GLOBAL LIMITED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please contact your local customs office for specific details regarding import regulations for furniture or industrial equipment.

5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS FOR OVERSIZED ITEMS

For large-scale products (e.g., micro-cement furniture or industrial machines):

  • Curbside Delivery: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, oversized items are delivered “Curbside.” The carrier is only responsible for moving the item to the curb of your delivery address.
  • Unloading Responsibility: Customers are responsible for moving the items from the curb into their premises. For very heavy equipment, please ensure you have the necessary personnel or machinery (like a forklift) ready at the time of delivery.
  • Access: Please ensure the delivery location is accessible by large freight trucks.

6. DAMAGES & INSPECTION

Your satisfaction is our priority, but high-value items must be inspected immediately upon arrival.

  • Inspection at Delivery: You must inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Reporting Damage: If the product is damaged during transit, please take clear photos/videos of the damaged packaging and the item itself. Contact us at [[email protected]] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery or return-to-sender will be billed to the customer.
