Return & Refund Policy:
We accept returns within 30 calendar days after you receive your order. All returned items must be unused, with original packaging, tags and complete accessories.
Shipping Cost Responsibility:
If items are defective, damaged, wrong shipped or not as described: We cover all return shipping fees and provide pre-paid return labels. If you return items due to personal reasons (size issue, changed mind, wrong purchase): Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized products, clearance final sale goods, are non-refundable. Items returns will not be accepted without full original packaging or obvious used marks.
Refund Process
Once our after-sales service staff inspects and approves your return, full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
